The rotating bezel appears to have got stuck in place 4 seconds from the original position. Its starting to get a bit annoying. Is it a case of cleaning it to free it up?

Gunk gets built up and stuck between the watch face and the bezel. Give it a good solid washing in the sink with fresh water and see if that helps. Personally I prefer a bit tight to loose, but when it's gunked up it does feel gritty to turn.
I've heard that trying dental floss around the opening can help loosen anything that is stuck. I'd also try a deep cleaning with soap and water. Might be worth a try before sending it out for repair.
